How to use Vocal Remover
  1. Drop a stereo song

The tool requires two channels — mono files cannot cancel a centered vocal.

  2. Pick output layout

Stereo keeps the subtraction flipped on the right channel for a wider sound. Mono gives a smaller file.

  3. Pick a format

MP3 for portability, WAV for editing, FLAC for lossless archival.

  4. Remove vocals

Upload runs the L−R subtraction on our server and returns the karaoke track to download.

Frequently asked questions
Why does some vocal remain?
Modern mixes use stereo vocal reverb, doublers, and parallel effects that are not dead-center. Only the fully centered core cancels.
Does it work on any song?
Best on classic rock, jazz, and old pop with centered vocals and wide instruments. Electronic and heavily processed mixes are harder.
Will the music sound thinner?
Yes — subtraction also removes any bass or kick drum that was summed center. That is an inherent limitation of the L-R technique.
